Your Mental Health Journey Starts Here
Taking the first step toward mental healthcare can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Inner Path Mental Health, our goal is to make the process
comfortable, supportive, and personalized from your very first appointment.
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Scheduling is simple. You can request an appointment online or call our office, and we’ll
help you find a time that works for your schedule.
Step 2: Complete Your New Patient Forms
Before your appointment, you’ll receive secure electronic forms to complete at your
convenience. These forms help us better understand your medical history, current
concerns, medications, and treatment goals.
Step 3: Your Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
Your first appointment is designed to understand you, not just your symptoms.
During your evaluation, we’ll discuss:
Your current concerns and symptoms
Your personal and family history
Previous mental health treatment
Current medications
Medical conditions
Sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors
Your goals for treatment
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, share your concerns, and participate in developing your treatment plan.
Step 4: Personalized Treatment Recommendations
Following your evaluation, we’ll review our recommendations together. Depending on your needs, your treatment plan may include:
Medication management
Supportive therapy during follow-up visits
Lifestyle recommendations
Laboratory testing when clinically appropriate
Referrals for psychotherapy or specialty care
Collaboration with your primary care provider or therapist
Every recommendation is discussed openly, and treatment decisions are made together.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Mental health treatment is a journey, not a single appointment. Follow-up visits allow us
to monitor your progress, adjust treatment when needed, answer questions, and
continue supporting your goals as your needs evolve.
Our Commitment to You
At Inner Path Mental Health, you can expect:
Compassionate, respectful care
A judgment-free environment
Individualized treatment plans
Thoughtful medication management
Evidence-based recommendations
Open communication and collaboration
Time to ask questions and feel heard
Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, or another mental health concern, we’re honored to be part of your journey toward improved well-being.
