Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps clients develop psychological flexibility by teaching them to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fight them. Through mindfulness, values exploration, and committed action, clients learn to respond to challenges in ways that align with their personal values. ACT is especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck in cycles of avoidance or fear.
